5. Paid Membership with a 7-day free trial.
Signing up for a Paid Membership includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel at any time. Your card will be charged after the trial period ends and your Membership will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of each billing period.
6. Payment
The monthly subscription fee for Paid Membership is $149. The subscription fee will be billed to your credit card on a monthly basis.
7. Refunds
There are no refunds for Membership. However, you may cancel your Membership at any time and you will not be charged for any additional months.
8. Termination
We may terminate your Membership at any time for any or no reason, including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms of Service; (b) violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) for any other reason in Our sole discretion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between You and Us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms of Service and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
12. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
13. Notices
